Sex refers to sexual activity, alone, as a couple or with several sexual partners. Sexual behaviour includes, for example, tender touching, kissing, arousing communication, stroking, the use of sex toys or sexual penetration. Mutual agreement (consent) forms the basis of all sexual behaviour.
